How to Prepare Spinach with Paneer
1. Mix 4-5 tbsp of green gravy premix with 3/4 cup of water.
2. In a pan, heat 1tbsp oil with butter. Add small chopped tomatoes and sauté for a minute.
3. Add the premix paste to the pan and cook for a minute.
4. Add 250 gram spinach puree and let it boil for 3 minutes. For a spicier preparation, you can add green chilies.
5. Add 150 gram Paneer and simmer for a few minutes.
6. Garnish with grated cheese.
