Mushroom Masala

Step 1: Prepare the Premix

Mix 4tbsp of premix with half a cup of water. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and free of any lumps.

Step 2: Sauté the Ingredients

In a pan, heat some oil. Add jeera (cumin seeds) and 4-5 tbsp of tomato puree. Let it cook for about 5 minutes until the raw flavor of the tomatoes is cooked off.

Step 3: Add the Premix

Now, add the premix paste to the pan and let it boil with some water for 3 minutes. This will help the flavors meld together and create a rich, aromatic gravy.

Step 4: Add the Vegetables

Next, add 1 cup of boiled or sautéed mushrooms and 1 cup of peas to the pan. Allow the mixture to simmer for a few minutes, allowing the vegetables to soak up the delicious flavors of the gravy.

Step 5: Garnish and Serve

Once the mushrooms and peas are cooked to your liking, garnish the Mushroom Masala with fresh coriander. This will add a pop of color and a burst of freshness to the dish.
